Here is a collection of reference materials useful in the study of theoretical turbulence.

JWPSR.ScDThesis.33337974, This is a scanned in version of my original ScD thesis submitted in September, 1962.  There are few technical errors (but many typographical errors!).  However, the results have been extended considerably with multiple degrees of freedom, the Gaussian Transform, and orders of magnitude more computation.
